JESSE BUDEL is a South Australian composer and sound artist, with a keen interest in creative engagement with environment and ecosystems.  His works are often for diverse media, ranging from stage-based concerts works to dynamic installations and concept art, and have been played by the Australian String Quartet, Zephyr Quartet (AUS), Elder Conservatorium Wind Orchestra (AUS) and Corvus Ensemble (US).  In 2017, Jesse received a Carclew Fellowship, Helpmann Academy Grant and Rural City of Murray Bridge Small Wins Grant to undertake extensive professional development travels in the US and Canada, allowing his participation in Composing In The Wilderness.
